same vabe amra to Jabbar saheb reo dhorte pari. Karon tar font gulan muloto prabartanar font khali sutonny bad e

tai noi ki? Or apnera Proshikar font gulan o dekhte pare.

Etodin eai kamra kamri chilo. Karon ek ek joner encoding chilo ek ekta. Tai eki font bivinno name e sobai korto. But Open Type asate eta bondho hobe asha kori. Ami hisab kore dekhchi 17 ta font hoile aar kno font er dorkar hoi na. baki fonts gulan ek ektar opovrongsho.

ধন্যবাদ আপনার কমেন্টের জন্য। জব্বার সাহেবকে ধরার কোন প্রয়োজন দেখছি না, কেননা ওমিক্রনল্যাব কোন পুলিশি সংস্থা না, একটা ডেভেলপারস গ্রুপ। একুশের ফন্টগুলো GNU GPL লাইসেন্স এ পাওয়ায় আমরা অভ্র কীবোর্ড এর সাথে দিয়েছিলাম। এখন কী কারণে তা বাদ দেয়ার সিদ্ধান্ত নেয়া হয়েছে তার ব্যাখ্যা এই পোস্ট। জব্বার সাহেবের ফন্ট অন্য কারো থেকে চুরি করা কিনা তা আমাদের বিবেচ্য বিষয় নয়, আমরা দেখব একুশের ফন্টগুলো Legal কিনা, যেহেতু আমরা তা বিলি করছি এবং সেই ফন্ট যদি চুরি করা হয় সেই দায়ভার আমাদের উপরও কিছুটা আসে। আর আরেকটা ব্যাপার, অমুক চুরি করেছে বলে আমিও করব, এটা কোন সুস্থ চিন্তা কী? আশা করি বুঝতে পেরেছেন।

এটা কামড়া-কামড়ির বিষয় না, আমরা বিশ্বাস করি পৃথিবীর বেশিরভাগ মানুষ সৎ, এবং সততাকে শ্রদ্ধা করেন। মৌলিক কিছু করার উদ্যোগ নিয়ে ওমিক্রনল্যাব যাত্রা শুরু করেছিল, এবং শেষ পর্যন্ত আমরা এই ধারায় কাজ করব, সবাইকে উৎসাহ দিয়ে যাব।

ধন্যবাদ আপনার পোস্টের জন্য। আমি কিন্তু একবারো বলি নাই যে অন্যরা চুরি করলে আমিও করব। আমার কথা হচ্ছে জব্বার সাহেবকে এতো মহৎ ভাবে দেখার কিছু নাই। সব চোরকে একসাথেই সমালোচনা করেন। আর যেহেতু একুশের ফন্টগুলোন নিয়া কনো প্রকার আইনী সিদ্ধান্ত হয় নাই; তাই আপনি অনায়াসে তা বিতরণ করতে পারেন।

আমি দুঃখিত নির্ঝর ভাই, বোঝাতে পারিনি ঠিক মত। কথাটা আপনাকে উদ্দেশ্য করে বলা না, অমি আজাদ কে উদ্দেশ্য করে বলা, কারণ এই ফন্ট পাইরেসী সম্পর্কে ওমিক্রনল্যাব থেকে তাকে প্রশ্ন করা হলে সে ঠিক এই রকম একটা জবাব দিয়েছে। ph34r.gif

অমি আজাদ যে কাজটি করেছে সেটা কোনো ডেভেলপারের কাজ নয়, হ্যাকারদের কাজ।

দৈনিক ইত্তেফাকের তথ্য প্রযুক্তি পাতা হতে জানতে পারলাম যে মাইক্রোসফ্ট জুন মাসের দিকে বাংলাদেশে একটি দল পাঠাবে।
দলটি উইন্ডোজ ভিস্তায় বাংলাদেশী বাংলা অন্তর্ভূক্তকরণ প্রসঙ্গে একুশে সহ অন্যান্য ডেভেলপারদের সাথে আলোচনা করবে।
তারা যখন শুনবে যে তাদের বিশ্বস্ত অমি আজাদ এই ধরনের কাজ করেছে তখন কী হবে, ভাবা যায়? blink.gif
এই পরিস্থিতিতে কি ব্যবস্থা গ্রহণ করা যায়?

It is really a shame that Omi Azad and his accomplices have resorted to this kind of unscrupulous and fraudulent activities. I cant help wondering how can people be so imbecile? They take things for granted and assume the rest of the world to be fools and that they will never be caught.

I unequivocally condemn this heinous act of theirs. ranting2.gif Instead of writing this topic in Bengali, write it in English so that a search on Ekushey or Omi Azad brings up this thread and reveals their real nature.

And why are we not informing Microsoft about this?

একুশের নতুন ফন্ট লোহিত দেখেছেন? আমি যতদুর মনে হয় এইটার মূল ডিজাইন পশ্চিম বঙ্গের একটা জনপ্রিয় ফন্ট থেকে নেয়া। আমি এখনো ডাঊনলোড করে দেখি নাই। previewটা দেখেন-

isn't lohit the default font of redhat?
how could it get the seal of ekushey?
oh!!! i get it.
that half wit claims he put khandata in bangla script.
what a laugh!

now the real question...
could you help me with my early experience with ekyshey font.
yes, there was an ekushey font in the late 90s, that came with a phonetic keymap. what happened to that? and i used it in one my projects and i can recall my taking permission from an indian site.

if anyone has any info on this pls. let me know. it is bugging me for a while. and i believe it can debunk some of ekushey funda.
