About The organizers Cyber Café Owners Association of Bangladesh (CCOAB) Cyber Café Owners Association of Bangladesh (CCOAB) is the trade association of cyber café businesses at national level. Established in 2003, CCOAB safeguards rights and interests of the members of the association and for the development of information and communication technology of Bangladesh using the combined strengths of members. It is recognized by and registered with Department of Trade Organization of Ministry of Commerce. CCOAB promotes ethical and positive business practices and its members are operating under Business Code of CCOAB. CCOAB cooperates with government and advises concerned department(s) in formulating necessary rules/instruments for smooth running of the cyber cafes in Bangladesh . The Ministry of Science and Information & Communication Technology (MOSICT) Rapid development of Science and Information & Communication Technology for moving the country forward is now one of the top agenda of the government. The approval of national policy on ICT is the confirmation of government's pledge to expedite the development of this sector. “Bhashani Novo Theatre”, the world class Planetarium of its kinds in the country has been set up for the advancement of knowledge based science-oriented society and the science based education of our children.
