I am not sure whether it is an issue with either SCIM or Firefox or Avro Phonetic ? I have Avro Phonetics 0.0.2 installed in OpenSuse 11.3 When I use Openoffice, I could compose in Bangla font by switching to Avo Phonetic (through SCIM tool bar). But I cannot compose anything in Bangla on Yahoo mail or Gmail running on Firefox. Even if I switch to Avro Phonetic (from SCIM tool bar), it does nothing. I am using Firefox 4.0. Please help. |
